Cancellation Policy

* If you need to cancel or reschedule, please inform us as soon as possible so we can offer the spot to another client. * You may reschedule or cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. * Cancellations within 24 hours of your booking are non-refundable and a €15 "no-show" fee will be charged.
