Is the whole collection on the website?

No, the website shows a selection to inspire you. In the showroom you'll find much more, in every size from XS to XXL. Save your favourites and your personal stylist will find more options that suit you.

How long do I rent an outfit?

4 days: pick up on Thursday or Friday, return on Monday evening. Need it longer or on a different day? Let us know and we'll find a solution together.

What does renting cost?

Dresses are €25 to €119, depending on the piece. The price includes the fitting with your personal stylist, cleaning and normal wear and tear. Shoes, bags and jewellery are rented separately.

What does a fitting cost?

A 30-minute fitting costs €15, or €25 for an after-hours slot. €15 is always deducted from your rental. You can reschedule for free up to 24 hours before.

Which sizes do you have?

From XS to XXL. Every brand fits differently, so we measure every item ourselves and your personal stylist picks the right size for you.

What about cleaning and stains?

We clean and inspect every item after each rental, so you always get it fresh. Made a stain? Don't try to clean it yourself; let us know and we'll sort it out together.

Are shoes and accessories included?

No, you rent them separately. That way you put together your own complete look: shoes, bags, jewellery and even the right bra are all in the showroom.

How do I return my outfit?

Bring it back to the showroom on Monday evening, in your return slot. Running late? Let us know in advance; late returns without notice are charged a small fee.
